At H.U.S.P., Inc. our name and reputation for providing customized programs and quality trainers has grown solely by continuing to deliver accelerated individual and team growth. The guaranteed development of both the individual soccer player as well as the team is what places Holland - U.S.A. Sports Promotion, Inc. "a cut above the rest". We deliver accelerated results due to our unique customized Dutch training programs, instructed by educators with only professional teaching degrees. Our educators exhibit the utmost professionalism both on and off the soccer field. H.U.S.P. Inc. promises to deliver a safe and stimulating environment conducive to the enjoyment of learning the techniques and tactics of soccer at any age groups and at any level of play.

We recommend H.U.S.P, Inc. club training contracts whenever possible. The benefits gained in signing a club contract are numerous. A club contract will ensure that every team within the club will train in the same style of play thus creating a "club style" of play as seen in all European clubs. The way a particular club plays should be immediately recognizable. By creating a "club style" of play, players will be able to easily step up to a new age group. They will be able to adjust and familiarize themselves with any team faster and therefore achieve winning results more quickly. Creating a distinct "club style" of play will provide a positive environment with transition ease, thus attracting new players to the club.

Training sessions will be based upon a youth soccer plan involving technical, tactical, mental and physical training. At Holland - U.S.A. Sports Promotion, Inc. our coaches will work together with the teams coach in order to create a player by player customized youth team plan. This collaborated youth plan will be implemented by using the Dutch style of coaching/training.

The technical training will be conducted using the Dutch Coerver method and tactically by using the K.N.V.B. (Dutch Royal Soccer Federation) situative coaching method of small sided games. An extensive variety of exercises for the purpose of technically improving passing, receiving, moves and finishing will be repetitiously performed. H.U.S.P., Inc. coaches will then encourage the players to use these techniques in small sided games/scrimmages. At Holland - U.S.A. Sports Promotion, Inc. we develop creative and aggressive soccer players who are able to execute a technical maneuver under full pressure. Repetitious technical maneuvers are the key towards mastering a player's skill level. The importance of technique training is to make every player feel comfortable handling the ball in order to perform at their highest skill level.

As highlighted above, the tactical training portions of our youth plan will start when players are old enough to understand the concept of working together as a team normally 10-11 years old. The goal of tactical training is to aide players in developing their understanding and "reading" of the game. This is accomplished by our coaching staff using situative coaching during small sided games and scrimmages. By using different game settings a tactical objective is trained and coached. Game settings can be small sided games, scrimmages, keep away games, rotation exercises etc. During the game settings the tactical objective of the session will again be the focus point for the coach. This situative coaching style assures that the players will see the total picture in a game of which they are just a small part of. This coaching method creates an environment in which the players can see, listen, perform and thus tactically learn while in the moment of play.

Normally a team has two training sessions a week. Ideally one which is focused on our custom youth soccer plan, developed prior to the season and the other session is based upon the evaluations of the last game/games. During the season a coach will be assigned to your team who will evaluate the team and individual player's performance. This coach, along with Auke Wiersma, will address the team/players strengths and weaknesses and recommend winning soccer formations and set individual and team goals. The game analysis will be utilized to develop sessions that will continue to improve upon a team's "style of play" with an emphasis on the "soccer problems" noted in the games. The game analysis session will give a team cutting edge training sessions specially engineered to improve a team's immediate needs.
